Select visibility audience
Choose everyone, a provider segment, or selected individuals. For provider segments, load the catalog directly from the selected audience app and supply any required parameters.

Choose placement and acknowledgement
Select feed, top banner, popup, notification centre, or project page. Decide whether acknowledgement is optional or required.

Publish and optionally request delivery
Publish the announcement. Where configured, emit communication instructions for in-app, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or voice apps without sending directly from EngagementHub.

AccessGuard can expose account segments, HomeBridge can expose parameterized property audiences, PeopleGraph can expose tags, and ProspectLayer can expose lists. EngagementHub never needs direct knowledge of another app’s database.
