ProspectLayer exposes its lists as segments and returns a frozen snapshot through the same direct provider pattern.
How it works
The operator chooses ProspectLayer, selects a launch-ready list, previews usable email and phone counts, freezes the snapshot, links it to the campaign, and hands approved delivery instructions to EmailHub or PulseGate.
