No raw PAN. PayStream uses provider tokens or a vaulted tokenization service; secrets are encrypted and scoped with least-privilege keys.

Can agents issue refunds safely?

Yes. Refunds follow policy caps, optional dual-approval, reasons, and full audit logging.

How do invoices and receipts work?

Invoices generate hosted payment pages and signed PDF receipts stored in SecureStore with shareable links.

Does it support subscriptions and dunning?

Yes. Plans, trials, proration, and automated dunning with multi-channel reminders are included.
