Overview

Deliver ProjectBoard updates as in-app notifications—project update cards, deep links, and notification feeds for customers and staff.

• Visibility-aware delivery (customers-only vs internal vs public)

• Digest mode (batch updates) and quiet hours (policy-driven)

   Step 1

   Install NotifyCenter in the workspace (if not already installed).

   In NotifyCenter, open Settings → Subscriptions and enable **projectboard.update.published**.

Limitations

• In-app delivery requires the user to have portal access (access-guard) and be in the resolved audience.

• If delivery is batched by policy, users may not see notifications immediately.
